We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@daynightsunglasses.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RAN in the return package.
  4. Ship the Package: Use a tracked shipping service to return the item to:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: For defective products or incorrect orders, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost upon receipt and inspection of the product.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund process will begin.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
